What do I need to bring?

  • Bring a swim suit, slides and warm layers for the relaxation cycle period.

  • We provide 1 complimentary towel per person.

Booking for a friend/guest?

  • If you are booking for guests, please ensure you have booked them in.

  • Each guest will need to be individually "booked in". Purchasing credits is not the same as booking with them. You will need to purchase the number of credits you want to book, then book with each credit in the desired session

  • Check your accounts upcoming reservations or contact us if you are unsure. 1 credit only books for 1 person.

  • During busy periods, this easy-to-make mistake can cause overcrowding in the facility.

  • There is no limit to the number of guests you can book; however you need to ensure there is enough capacity for the number of guests you want to bring?

  • Got 8 - 11 guests? Consider booking a Private session. Email info@thegoodsauna.com or find a private slot through the booking app.

What is the cancellation policy?

  • All cancellations for Community Sessions made within 12 hours of your booking are subject to full payment.

  • All cancellations for Private Sessions made within 48 hours of your booking are subject to full payment

  • If you can no longer make your session and cancel outside the late cancellation period your credit will go back on your account to use for another drop in session. This must be used with one month of the initial booking date.

  • All drop-in credits must be used within 1 year of purchase.

How does the waitlist work?

  • Please check if a session is waitlisted before signing up. You will still be able to sign up for the session, but may be on the waitlist until a space becomes available.

  • To be admitted to the waitlist, you will have to purchase a drop-in session, this is non-refundable, but can be used at another time. If you do not get into the session from the waitlist. Your credit will automatically be put back onto your account if you do not get moved into the session.

  • Turn your notifications on so you are made aware of getting into the session from the waitlist. Alternatively, you can check your status through your account on the Good Sauna website or app, which you created to book your session.

  • You can be notified up to 1 hour before the session starts.

  • If you do not receive a notification, there are no open spots.

Do you provide refunds?

  • We do not provide refunds.

  • If you can no longer make your booked session, you can use your pass for a future community or private sauna, as long as you cancel out of the session within the cancellation period.

Where are you located?

How long is the recommended hot/cold cycle?

  • We recommended giving yourself a test round. Be bold start cold with a cold plunge for 5-10 seconds, warm up in the sauna for 5-15 minutes and then take some rest time by the fire for 10-15 minutes and repeat. Increase your cold plunge time to 1-2 minutes on the next round if possible.

  • It’s important to note that everyone’s tolerance is different. If you need to do a shorter time in the cold plunge, or longer in the sauna please go at your own pace.

How much does the experience cost?

  • All drop-in communal sauna sessions are $45 for 1 hour and 45 minutes of use.

  • We offer credit packages for those who want to come on a regular basis, and reduce the cost.

  • All private sessions are $450 for 12 people, with 1 hour and 45 minutes of use. Additional people can be added for $35 per person up to 20 people. Please drop us an email to enquire.

How many people can use the sauna at once?

  • The sauna can hold 8 - 12 people at once.

I’m pregnant, can I still come?

  • It is not recommended to use hot/cold therapy while pregnant.

Do we need to bring our own towels?

  • No. We offer 1 complimentary towel per person. Bring sliders and warm layers for rest time between cycles.
